This massage allows time for full body relaxation.  Therapeutic or circulatory  techniques are used based on your unique needs.  Our massage therapist will always customize your massage to best fit your therapeutic needs.

This massage allows time for full body relaxation as well as concentrated work in specific trouble areas that are causing the most pain or tension.   Your massage therapist will work with you to decide which technique will bring you the  most therapeutic benefit.

Prenatal massage is performed after 14 weeks (2nd trimester) by a specifically trained therapist.  This specialized massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be.  It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
